Bungkusit is a Malaysia-centric delivery service provider which is not only limited to delivering parcels and food but operates as an on-demand delivery service that can be considered to be the nexus of deliverable goods in Malaysia. Since its inception, Bungkusit has managed to secure its position as one of the most prominent players with a significant impact made in the aforementioned industry.

According to the approach highlighted by the client, what was required was a fresh and engaging outlook on Bungkusit’s social media channels. Together with this, a bulletproof strategy that would assist an increase in their sales revenue through the app was necessary. This issue was addressed after performing a considerable amount of research on behalf of the client; we discovered that the users use the app as a substitute and that potential clientele was not adequately educated on how to use the app.

This issue was answered by generating an educational campaign whilst conducting an ad targeting campaign which has shown exponential growth in the past few months.
